To ensure complete transparency, here is a brief overview of our shipping process so customers can better understand the journey of their cargo from origin to destination.
Shipping Process
Step 1: Calculate Estimated Shipping Cost
You can use our shipping cost calculator to accurately determine the total shipping cost. Please note that the calculated shipping cost is 100% accurate, provided that the actual goods match the information you provide. The final dimensions and weight of the goods will be determined based on measurements taken at our warehouse using professional scanning equipment, which has been certified by an official institution.
Step 2: Pickup Service / Delivery to Warehouse
If the shipping cost meets your expectations and there are no objections, the next step is: you can arrange to deliver the goods to our China warehouse yourself or contact us for pickup. Please note that since each customer’s pickup location varies, the pickup fee will be calculated based on the actual goods and distance. Our pickup service is handled by our in-house trucking team. Whether you have one package or a hundred, we will arrange a truck for pickup. Therefore, for customers with a small number of packages, we recommend self-delivery to our warehouse for a more cost-effective option. For bulk shipments, our pickup service is the best choice—safe, reliable, and affordable. No matter where in China the goods are picked up, they will arrive at our warehouse within five days.
Step 3: Warehouse Scanning and Measurement
Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be queued for scanning and measurement based on their arrival time. Please note that the period from June to January of the following year is the peak season for international shipping. During this time, many customers purchase goods to prepare for e-commerce festivals, New Year, Christmas, and other major events. Therefore, we recommend that customers planning to purchase goods during this period plan ahead and allow sufficient time for shipping.
Step 4: Verify Scanning Data and Shipping Cost
Once the goods have been scanned, we will provide you with the measurement details, including the actual dimensions, weight, quantity, and other relevant information. Based on this data, we will calculate the total shipping cost and create a shipping order for you. Of course, you can also verify the shipping cost using our shipping calculator with the actual goods data. Please note that if the actual measurements are smaller than your initial estimate, the shipping cost will be reduced. Conversely, if they are larger, the cost will increase accordingly. You can rest assured that we operate with complete transparency, with no hidden fees or arbitrary charges.
Confirm Order and Pay Shipping Cost
Once everything is confirmed to be correct, you can proceed with the payment for our secured trade shipping order. After the payment is completed, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipping status and progress of your goods. To ensure transaction security, we offer multiple order processing methods, including Alibaba platform, PayPal, WeChat, and electronic contracts, all of which hold legal validity under international law.
The goods have begun international shipping (from this step onward, Fully Handled by Us)
We will arrange air or sea freight to Australia based on the customer’s shipping requirements.
- Step 1: Transport to Port or Airport Within two days, we will transfer the goods to the designated port or airport and await the scheduled flight or vessel.
Important Note: Flights and cargo ships to Australia follow scheduled departure times, meaning shipments do not depart immediately after payment. Additionally, these schedules are not 100% fixed and may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions or customs inspections, which could extend the timeline.
- Step 2: Export Declaration in China Once the flight or vessel is confirmed, we will proceed with export customs declaration in China based on the product information provided by the customer. This step ensures compliance with Chinese customs regulations, facilitates smooth clearance, and prevents potential delays or penalties due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Important Note: Customs authorities may conduct random inspections. If false or concealed product information is detected, customs may seize the goods and impose fines. Therefore, it is crucial to provide accurate product details.
- Step 3: Final Security Check & Departure After passing customs inspection and clearance, the goods will departing from China to Australia.
- Step 4: Import Declaration & Customs Clearance in Australia Upon arrival at the Australian border, we will submit the product information to Australian customs in advance. This process mirrors the Chinese export declaration, ensuring compliance with Australian import regulations and preventing delays or penalties due to missing or incorrect documentation.
Australian customs may conduct random cargo inspections, including opening packages to verify the accuracy of declared information. This is a standard procedure and should not be a cause for concern. However, these inspections may lead to delivery delays, which are considered unavoidable circumstances. Accurate product declarations are crucial to ensuring a smooth clearance process.
Additionally, import and export policies vary between countries. Products that can be legally exported from China may not necessarily be eligible for import into Australia. Some items may even be classified as anti-dumping products, subject to heavy tariffs or restrictions. These regulations are influenced by each country’s trade policies and economic strategies. This is why certain goods are prohibited from entering Australia, even if they are allowed for export from China.
Once the customs inspection is complete, Australian customs will notify us to proceed with the cargo retrieval and clearance for entry.
- Step 5: Customs Clearance & Transfer to Warehouse Once customs clearance is granted, we will retrieve the goods and transfer them to our Australian warehouse within three days. The goods will then be sorted based on delivery regions.
- Step 6: Final Delivery Arrangements After sorting, shipments will be handed over to our local Australian courier partners (such as Australia Post, Toll, Allied, etc.) for door-to-door delivery. Important Note: For oversized shipments requiring unloading services, our in-house trucking team will handle the final delivery. We will notify customers via phone or SMS in advance.
- Step 7: Final Delivery & Tracking Once the goods are delivered, the entire process is complete. Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking number throughout the entire journey.
